From highly gifted students who find a regular classroom setting too limiting to students who want a customized coaching approach to shine academically, we work with students to maximize both their learning experience and their
self-confidence.
Note: Due to the uncertainty of students’ educational needs during the time of Covid-19, we have moved to a rolling admissions schedule.
Application process

Review the application and student handbook and gather materials you need to submit:
Student essay
Request for student records
Letters of recommendation
$125 application fee
Proof of Covid-19 vaccination
2. Parent statement
Please answer the following questions in a maximum of 300 words.
What are your hopes and dreams for your child?
Why are you considering changing schools?
3. Request for student records
A physical parent/guardian signature is required for the release of student records. Please request and sign a Release of School Records form from your student’s current school and have them return the educational records to Main Street Scholars.

4. Letters of introduction
Two letters of introduction—one each from the principal and a teacher—are required, especially if a student has any inconsistency in his or her academic performance or disciplinary issues.
The school should submit these letters directly to Main Street Scholars.
