Joe was born and raised in the Bay Area, mostly on the Peninsula, but has lived on the coast since 2013. He and his wife stay busy and involved raising their four children, with two in middle school and two in elementary school.
Although a late starter with education, Joe found his love of learning while earning a BA in History at San Jose State. With his wife, who is a seventh grade Language Arts teacher, they instill the love and importance of education into their children.
Joe’s hobbies are the outdoors, hiking and going to the beach with his family. He loves supporting local sports with the Warriors, his top team.
