Holly Ebert is a Half Moon Bay native pursuing an AA-T in Political Science from the College of San Mateo. She plans to pursue a BS in Political Science then to law school to study contract law. Holly has a passion for writing and has written professionally for the College of San Mateo Community Relations and Marketing Department. She also loves working with kids; she was a Youth Aid for the Junior Guards program in Half Moon Bay, volunteered to teach autistic kids to surf with the Square Peg Foundation, and is Red Cross babysitting certified. As a lifetime Girl Scout, Holly lives by the slogan, “Do a good turn daily.” She wholeheartedly supports the MSS mission and prioritizes a positive learning environment with an emphasis on study skills.

In her free time, you can usually find Holly reading. Some of her favorite authors include Agatha Christie, Leo Tolstoy, Stephen King, and Edgar Allan Poe. She also loves swimming, going to art museums and concerts, and is trying to become a decent seamstress.
